Name - Check here to be sure you aren't using the same name as another cat.
Age - Kits become apprentices at three to six moons. Apprentices become warriors anytime between ten to twenty moons of age; remember, if they're in VoidClan or VortexClan, they become a warrior once they have killed their first cat.
Clan - VortexClan, VoidClan, or SkyClan.
Rank - Kit, apprentice, warrior, or elder. Deputy, medicine cat, and medicine cat apprentice positions must be auditioned for.
Gender - She-cat or tom.
Personality - A paragraph or two about your cat and their personality.
Appearance - A paragraph or two about your cat and their appearance. You can include an image if you wish, but it's not required.
History - A paragraph or two about your cat and their history.
Roleplay Example - Only necessary if you are a new member.
